I wouldn't say they are low IQ. Some may very well be quite smart but they have little to no education and no marketable skills. It's literally like trying to assimilate millions of children all at once. They bring nothing to the US except for their "potential" to perform jobs that uneducated and unskilled people qualify for.

A personal story from my time in Big Pharma.

I was the jack-of-all-trades I.T. guy at Merck Animal Health's distribution center for 11 years. Just about every non-white worker in our distribution center was an immigrant from the African continent. They were some of the hardest workers I've ever been around.

As with other immigrant communities, these guys came from nothing. One guy left his home country (I think it was Sierra Leone) for another African country due to war and famine. Only to have that country devolve into another crazy war. At that point he said, "Enough is enough". Brought his family here with the shirt on his back.

I haven't met anyone from that community that wasn't a hard worker, and what they have now is due to that hard work.

I have talked about it here before, but my wife came to this country with her Mom, sister and niece. $20 to their name. The Armenian diaspora from the war and genocide in Azerbaijan. I haven't met anyone from that community that wasn't a hard worker, and what they have now is due to that hard work.

This country was built by such waves of immigrants.

And I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone that wouldn't agree that these are the types of immigrants we should welcome in with open arms. My guess is they didn't come into the country already openly hating the country and the culture, openly calling it racist, fascist, while demanding the country owed them something. If there were social media at that time, I'm certain they wouldn't be some of the ones at protests holding anti American signs while proudly flying the flag of the country that sucked so bad they had to leave.

My guess is they came in wanting to assimilate into the culture and become productive tax paying citizens like the rest of the country, and just fit in. Those are the ones most people don't mind coming in. It's the above mentioned type of people that have decided to come over in droves that shouldn't be let in and if they're already here, need to be escorted out.

I don't watch any right wing media. I just watch the regular national news (ABC, NBC, CBS) and see it more than I should. I also have personal experiences where I live with it. We live in an area where a lot of illegals gravitate to. So, I also have first hand experience.

I just fly a Bama flag and call it good. I'm less accepted in America by flying that than a foreign flag. So it makes me feel good.

The car veered towards pedestrians at about 8.45am today as the attacker attempted to hit 'everyone he encountered' on the island of Oléron off the West coast of France , officials say.

A driver ploughed into a crowd of pedestrians on a French holiday island this morning, leaving at least five people injured before screaming 'Allahu Akbar' as he was arrested.

The car veered towards walkers and cyclists at about 8.45am today as the 35-year-old attacker attempted to hit 'everyone he encountered' on the island of Oléron off the West coast of France, officials say.

After the ramming, he tried to set fire to his vehicle, which contained gas cylinders, before he was tasered by police and arrested.

Police are also examining whether the suspect may have been suffering from mental health problems. French media have indicated that at this stage, the anti-terrorism prosecutor's office is not involved in the investigation. It has instead said it is monitoring developments.

Just take the red cross of England's flag out of the Union Jack and you have it, a blue back ground with red cross flag! But, I don't know which part of Ireland you hail from, so if it's not Northern Ireland, then you're on your own.

I would bet we were from Ulster. There was a wave of Irish immigrants that flowed into South Carolina after the Great Famine. I don't think there was much history of Romanism.

I looked it up. The Scotch-Irish were mostly from Ulster. They were brought in by the British because they had good trade skills and worked hard. So I suppose they would lean heavily toward the orange rather than the green in the flag.
