I think having a more educated populace would be tremendous for the country, but I want to see where the money comes from. Clinton's criticism of Sanders has always been that his accounting didn't work out, so I think it's fair to ask her to show the money trail.

I think a college education is overrated these days. And has been watered down drastically and this will further degrade its value. It will also steer even more people away from the trades, which we have severe shortages of. But never mind any of that. My opinions may be misguided on that. Your issues with the money are the same I have and I don't think they are misguided at all. Look, my feelings about Clinton are well known. But she is our next president. One of the small comforts I had was that she was not an insane kook like Bernie Sanders.

Whether a college education is overrated is a matter of personal opinion. As is whether it is the correct course for each individual. To each their own.

I disagree that colleges steer people away from the trades. I think that most who become involved with the trades don't really consider going to college, but opt for learning on the job.

It has yet to be determined whether Hillary will be the next president. Let's not give it to her just yet.

I've never understood why this cattle futures genius can't just get rich off the stock market again and actually pay for stuff. And I'll save you some time - she's gonna get it by 'raising taxes on the rich,' where Democrats always promise to get everything. Then again, somehow in her old age she has become 'extremely careless' so that might ought to be taken into account, too.

I am not sure which one I think would be worse.

I am not going to pretend I have ever been the Secretary of State, nor have I ever held a position where my input is required on so many issues at once. I get it, Secretary of State is a hard job. You have to keep track of every little issue that comes up. Things get hectic, corners are cut.

But the systems in place are there so that they can track those things, who got it and when, and whether they need to be debriefed. Odds are the people that she emailed were cleared to see the emails anyways. And for all intents and purposes, the government has been over classifying information forever. That doesn't mean that you get to just do what you want because of who you are.

In the grand scheme of things, do I think what she did was horrible? Honestly, not really. She had a job to do, and she believed this is how she needed to do it. She would have been burned at the stake had she followed all the rules, and say a US Embassy was attacked, but she couldn't get the information because she didn't respond to an email within the time limit the Republican ever changing expectations of what a Secretary of State should be expected to respond. This is a last gasp at trying to help someone they don't like, beat someone they hate to become POTUS.

But she is by no means dumb. She knew what she was doing, and did it anyways.

Classified documents have a massive red header and footer bar with the classification level spelled out inside it. When you open it you have to click a button for "ok I acknowledge the classification level" before proceeding. It's like claiming that you didn't know you had to pay for the gas at the gas station.

Per testimony today some (all?) of the documents simply had a "(c)" next to a classified section(s) of the email and nothing at the heading.
 
An SoS is supposed to recognize classified info even if it has no markings.

I obviously have not seen the documents, nor do I work for the state department. However. Inside a document, the paragraphs are marked by their individual classification level with the letter in parenthesis as you said. Titles too. Pages, however, and the document as a whole, are marked as I described. I can believe that the subject line of an email was simply marked with the classification in parenthesis. But unless Clinton never even opened these emails and just forwarded them willy nilly, she would have been confronted with what I described. This classification system is universal to the US government, so if the documents were not marked accordingly then the State Department is also grossly negligent in its duties to appropriately mark classified documents as per law.

Secondly, this classification system is pretty easily grasped in about 5min. If Hilary Clinton doesn't know what (C) or (S) means, then she is a drooling moron. And I think we can all agree that is not the case.

It is also news to me that breaking the law and being prosecuted for it is now contingent on whether one knew they were doing something illegal or not. If I get stopped for going 85 in a 45 and tell the officer I didn't know what the speed limit was, I'm still getting a big fat ticket. If Snowden accidentally leaked all his stuff to wiki leaks because he was incompetent with a computer and failed miserably with physical security methods, he would still be fired and looking at jail time (just not for being a traitor). And specifically with classified documents, it is not and cannot be about whether you intended to leave it unsecured, or even whether anyone saw it. It is the fact that you exposed it to the possibility in the first place. Classification systems are meaningless otherwise. If Joe Schmoe accidentally takes a secret document home in his bag over the weekend, he doesn't get to say, "Oh my bad guys I forgot it was there!", and everyone is like "it's cool man, NBD". No, it's game over.

Hilary Clinton clearly and intentionally took classified documents out of a secure environment where they could be accessed by anyone with the computer knowledge to do so. She and her staff also clearly destroyed many other documents that would have been evidence. And yet we are supposed to say, "NBD, we don't think anyone got to them and she didn't have any ill intent so it's cool". It's ridiculous.

The FBI Director testified before Congress today. He did an outstanding job. As Bamaro said some of the emails which she sent -3 in total I think-were not marked classified but were classified.

Hillary did not destroy any emails. She asked he attorneys to separate the official emails from her personal emails and comply with the governments request. They asked her if she wanted to keep her personal emails and she told them no. They were then deleted. Per the FBI Director's testimony.
The FBI Director said it was simply not true that many others had been criminally prosecuted for similar offenses. He said there had been one person in the last 100 years and he had been charged with espionage.

Do you honestly believe she personally reviewed and deleted 30,000 emails.

Was she extremely careless. Yes according to the FBI.

A rather poor email performance by Hillary.

Do I believe the FBI Director? Yes I do.
