Being played more and more by the higher levels of government. Nothing more than an attempt to deny a basic civil right to disagree with the actions of government. Everyone should be PO'd at this blatant form of RACISM.

Making an obvious reference to the Ku Klux Klan, Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., said Tuesday that people will be putting on "white hoods and white uniforms again and riding through the countryside" if emerging racist attitudes, which he says were subtly supported by Wilson, are not rebuked. He said Wilson must be disciplined as an example.

As I said in the Carter thread, the race card doesn't work anymore, and the sooner these libs get the message, the better off they'll be. It just turns people off THEM. Obama's color has nothing to do with the reason I don't like him - his politics have everything to do with it.
 
Yes, the race card still works in some instances with some people; however, more and more people are beginning to become numbed to the racist accusation similar to the fable of "boy who cried wolf." It's quickly losing its shock value. The only people who aren't being accused of being racist are black Democrats. Even black Republicans are subject to being called "Uncle Toms" or worse. To be called a racist is almost becoming a source of pride as in it means you actually stand for something and aren't a pawn of the liberals or Democratic Party. Someone can refer to me as a tea-bagger, gun-clinger, pearl-clutcher, or racist...it doesn't matter. To borrow a term from the left, the terms are overly-simplistic. Eventually, the left is going to have to bring some facts to the table rather than engaging in name-calling, or they can continue down their same path and risk losing big in the next two elections.

Why did you only quote the part of his statement you wanted exposed. Talking about taking something out of context. You have alot of growing up to do before you get out here in the real world and you may want to start now. I rarely read a post from you that has anything positive to say about anybody, you are almost always putting others down. Does that make you feel better about yourself or do you just want to bring others down to your level?

I like all races...especially those motorcycle ones...oh and NASCAR too...not as much though...does that mean I'm a racist because I like some races more than others?

Formula one is just plain boring though. Airplane races are fun.:wink:

Oh the context didn't make it any better, but shorter clips work best for radical soundbytes.

Perhaps you should teach me e-manners, since you never demonize and insult "the libs" on this board.

I usually don't come here and call someone stupid or a fool. If someone attacks me then I will come back but I try not to attack first. If this were the first time I had read one of your post where you did this I probably wouldn't have said anything but it's way past that.

Well I'll try your approach next time and attack whole groups of people instead. I guess it's more impersonal that way, and succeeds in covering a larger area. Efficient, really.

Next time will probably be a while, though, as I'll probably self-impose another break from this cauldron of groupthink fellatio. (And there was much rejoicing, I'm sure.)

Considering your opinion of this cauldron, we can extend your break into a rather long exile from this board with a couple of simple mouse clicks that even you, in your infinite wisdom and intellect, can't undo.

When I read some of your posts my blood boils to the point that my windows fog up. And then I remind myself of how pitiful your existence must really be... and magically a cheshire grin appears on my beautiful face as I think about you typing the word fellatio. And much rejoicing was had.

Sorry guys, I'm shutting this one down.

I have my own opinions on this subject, but I'm not going to share them because this subject is like evolution, abortion, religion - it's only going to end up in a bad place.
