I certainly was. Though Joe Biden certainly had his flaws, there was never any doubt that he loved his country and all of the people residing in it: He cared about everyone regardless of political views, economic status, skin color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. Even as his mind began to fail him, he maintained an unwavering devotion to making life better for all Americans, as well as those who wanted to become part of our great nation. While his success at that was limited, at least he tried.

Compare that to the current president, whose capacity for love extends no further than what he sees in the mirror. Anyone who thinks Trump cares about this country to the exclusion of his own needs hasn’t been paying attention.

The both sides argument is played out. Are there any Trump supporters who are willing to stand up and praise/defend his actions rather than criticizing Democrats?

Finally someone willing to show approval regarding Trump’s policies! This is a forum for rational, thoughtful, and reasoned discussion. Let’s continue in that spirit today by starting threads on EOs that we feel strongly about (some of them I don’t necessarily disagree with or really care about). I’m looking forward to actual discussion regarding Trump rather than the milquetoast and vague levels of approval/disapproval of him so often encountered here during the past four years.

Maybe next time, the Left won't champion and cover for a mentally handicapped candidate ("It's just a stutter. ) so they can defeat the next opponent who is as repulsive as Trump. If you can't beat someone who is terrible, what does that say about you? 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately we traded one mentally handicapped candidate for another mentally handicapped candidate and dangerous one.
Edit - Harris was obviously a poor choice and too polarizing.

I’m on board with this. I do think Trump has some good ideas, but the potential exists for the execution of said ideas to be poorly thought out. The deportations spring immediately to mind. Illegal or not, it’s a bad look to drag entire families out of their homes in the middle of the night. IMO, ICE needs to concentrate their efforts into hunting down the criminal elements with the illegal community first.

Focus on the dangerous criminals and deadbeats. Although line-jumpers make me (and those immigrants who waited their turn) mad, it would be counterproductive to deport those who have built a life here and are contributing members of society. JMHO.
