Game Thread: USCe vs. UGGA...

Typical Georgia response to physical play. Tired of hearing how talented they are. Again, it starts and ends with the lines. USC has them. Georgia does not. By the way, if Carolina or Florida reach Atlanta, it will be a war. They will clearly be the best teams we will have to play.

Congrats to USC, they hit UGA in the mouth early and often and never let up. Their defense shut down Murray and the 2 frosh RBs. It did resemble the USC/Bama game from 2010. If they can get by LSU next week they should book reservations in Atlanta.

Yeah, but SC has played no one with a defense yet; LSU will be the best defense they have faced this year. And after giving up all those yards to Gillislie (sp?), JC will have them breathing fire to shut down Lattimore. I like the who's (gag) at home in a close game. Death Valley claims another victim. Now if Les can chew more cud and somehow convert it to a sticky substance the the who receivers can use....

Again not having to play us or LSU with everything lined up perfectly for them to run the table with the weakest SEC schedule in memory two years running. Way to go dawgs! Just give their delusional fans a couple weeks and they'll be bragging about their tradition and winning a NC next year. Maybe this shuts them up for a few days but I doubt it.

I live in GA now and it ought to be interesting to see them running around with their tails between their legs now. They had gotten VERY cocky around here, very mouthy and bragging to anyone that would listen. I'm sure the silence will be deafening this week. I love it!!!

Agree, LSU D will present a challenge USC has not faced, plus USC has not played nearly as well away from home (struggled against Vandy & for half against UK).

USC D is playing well while O has been solid but not great. Lattimore still not 100% but looking a little better each week (much like Mark Ingram his last year at Bama). End of day I just don't see LSU moving ball much on USC, might be a 13-10 type score.

I see a few of them on their boards saying they're still going to win the East and the NC this year.

Richt, does less with more than any coach in America. I hope they keep him forever....

Last couple of weeks around here (Atlanta Burbs) I see GA Car flags everywhere I go. Bet 90% of them are gone now. Love it

UGA fans were very cocky/confident before the game... they really felt they had the talent to win it all and talked as much about facing Bama in Atlanta as they did about the USC game. Of course the way the schedules lay out, they could still run table and go to Atlanta if USC loses 2. Boys in SEC office really seem to like the dawgs.

90% of them are gone now in Athens too. I haven't heard a single person mention the game yet this morning (which is very unusual). The dreary weather in Athens this morning is perfect for the Athens/UGA demeanor right now.
