It looked to me like the coaches got into it which, of course, started the players acting like idiots. UGA is such an undisciplined team at times, that "chippy" behavior is almost a week by week thing for them.
typical uga, more worried about prancing around and acting the fool than playing fundamental football. they are a truly classless bunch
That UGA/*U game might be one to bring the paddy wagons to....
I mean the fighting and shooting that could go on that night might be one for the ages.
Vanderbilt's James Franklin:"I went to find coach Richt and didn't find him, so I found one of his assistant coaches and it didn't go well."
Todd Grantham is a hothead. He was disciplined for his actions against Florida last year, giving the Gators' kicker a "throat slash". Tonight, he went after the Vanderbilt head coach. I don't pretend to know what caused it, but he's a coach. He has to have resolve. Those type of actions are going to spill over to the players. Grantham was pushing Vanderbilt coaches and a police officer too. They're lucky it didn't turn out like the fight between Clemson and South Carolina, or the Miami-FIU brawl in 2006.
This man is impressive.
Here's hoping that they take out UT this year. I think he was probably the right man for the Job. He doesn't have a lot of "quit" in him just because he has a program that isn't strong. Good character.
