Yeah I have been lurkering over there(quite entertaining) & they think that when this eeerhole (which I think is a she from past post) speaks or rhymes, b/c every post is either poem or riddle, it is gospel, & if someone questions him/her, they get kick, shoved & spit on by the entire board.

And they fall for it every time, hook, line & sinker..I have never seen anything like it. Example, on eerhole's post claiming who the next coach was going to be prior to Stew getting the job, he/she stated that the new coach was either from the SEC, ACC, or PAC10 & would be announced before, during or after the game......And they were completely mesmerized about that info....just hilarious :biggrin2:

I know now that whichever one of you was intentionally lying, but still...it made me want to vomit. This was during my readership only days so I can't find it easily.

If CG had come to Bama , I'd have done the impossible - turned my back on my beloved Tide for the 2-3 seasons he MIGHT have lasted .
 
The awboogs board even admitted that the whole Saban to wvu thing was started as a joke to stir our pot. Sailfish is still trying to keep it stirred . . . for next year LOL (maybe some year he will be right hahahaha). We just need to prepare ourselves for this kind of garbage on an annual basis as long as we have Saban as our head coach. If I was a gambler, I would put money on tubs leaving boogertown before Saban leaves Alabama. For you aub lurkers, if you search your own feelings, you know you feel the same way. This insecurity is what motivates alot of their trolling (sailfish). That is all I have to say about that.
 
I wonder why coach Saban and Terry are building a new home in Tuscaloosa if he is looking around for other jobs.

Of course the answer is they are where they want to be.:D

I noticed this too and I thought it was incredible that all these people would take this eeerhole seriously. I mean we are talking about rhymes, riddles, and predictions that were so vague that they meant nothing. And yet everyone was convinced this poster knew everything going on in the coaching search and would try to guess what this eeerhole was trying to tell them. I couldn't believe it. They really couldn't see that this person knew nothing and was just messing with them to get attention. I am probably a little more gullible than I should be sometimes but I seriously couldn't see how these a lot of these people couldn't see that they were being played. While there were a lot WV posters who called the Saban to WV stuff BS, there were still a ton that took this "insider" word as gospel.

Not me chief. And if were Rich, he was pulling your chain. He and I both knew for quite a while that it would end up being Saban...
 
A base salary totaling $4 mil. over the next four years.....if he pans out, RR could be paying the entire salary of WVUs coach for 4 years.
 
I can't believe some of those guys would even type that they'd rather have Stewart than Saban, let alone submit it for the world to see!!! :eek: Their (neers) delusions of grandeur were almost as comical as the ones we routinely see from the barners. They'd make good allies IMO! :biggrin:

I'm one who knew it wasn't either of you but , one admin/editor was trying to toss us a Grobe/Gailey choice at one point . :p_blank: I was horrified over the mere mention of either name . :(

If I'm not crossing the lane by asking this, did you know that he was coming here when he requested 24 hours to make a decision right before he was hired? That was the time when I remember panic setting in.
 
I don't want to go into a lot of detail - and I'll close this thread after this reply - but most my information came from one side of the equation, so to speak. IOW, you can be pretty sure of of the accuracy of what you've heard, but know that there can always be a last moment turn of events. And that was certainly possible in our case, particularly with what I learned later. If you want to see an example of a last minute turn, look at Miles/UM/LSU this year...
