A stripped title from another team means absolutely nothing concerning my rooting interest.
Most Bama fans knew that no matter what happened, unless Auburn was somehow denied a shot at the title and the win, they will always be champions. You can go back and undo it, but you can't change it. Historical revisionism never changes the truth even if people don't know it.
Now about our #14.....sounds like a winner to me.

I'd guess 2 barner trolls, because I can't see any real Bama fan giving up a Championshp to see *U lose one.

Wow, I can't believe anyone would prefer seeing the barn lose their's rather than see us win another. Something's wrong with those folks.
This is an absurd statement and it was made by Clay Travis this afternoon. Danny Sheridan vehemently disagreed as soon as Travis said it.
Part of me thinks that Travis is trying to stir the pot, but I really think he's that stupid.
Without even thinking about it, well maybe for a second or two, I'll take #14. Their #2 is tainted anyway even if they get to keep it.

Get the 14. I love the Alabama Crimson Tide WAYYYY more than I hate the Auburn Tigers. But now that Auburn's gotten a taste of what it's like (well, sorta, they aren't really enjoying their title like they should thanks to allegations and what not), maybe they'll quit obsessing over how much we love our history and how we "really don't have 13", and maybe they'll just start focusing on Auburn and what THEY can do to win another. Maybe in the process they'll become a respectable team and this hate rivalry can morph into a respect rivalry like Bama/Penn State.....but I doubt that'll happen. The most important thing I want auburn to have taken away from them is the ODK Foy Sportsmanship trophy on November 26, 2011. All that being said, I still hope the hammer drops hard and soon!
i admit that any Auburn loss in any way makes me feel soooo good however i'd take 14 over any type of Auburn loss. the better question would be an Auburn loss in the natty game? or 14 for Bama this season.
