Well folks, we’re done. Now I just need hydroseeding and rain….lots and lots of rain!

Here a picture through my kitchen window at my holiday house in South Australia. A couple of mates happen to pop by

I’m pretty sure it’s my parrots because they’re not flying away. The apple tree is right outside our kitchen and only the ones I call my parrots never fly away when I go outside or approach them. Those that fly away are not my parrots and don’t know me at all. The bottom picture also contains the parrot looking at me only it has its back turned. The tail of the top parrot is also seen in the first picture and looks like a leaf. The top parrot made a sound as I snapped the bottom picture and then the other turned to look at me and I took that picture. There were maybe five or more other parrots not seen but that’s just judging from the amount of apple droppings witnessed while watching the two in the photos. Yep I live in the tropical northwestern European city of Brussels 🤣

Been very windy here the past few days......gorgeous weather though......as it always is this time of year!

All the apples are gone so I’m sticking some back on the tree in different places and I’ve started the feeders. At least one eats everything from its claw but it could be more than one as you can’t tell them apart but I only see one at a time eating from its claw and its one that isn’t afraid of me— last photo

This morning I drove over to Deland to look at - and possible buy - another motorcycle that was advertised in FBMP. It's a 1980 Honda Express. 50cc and built like a moped. Ended up not buying it because the starting mechanism was not operational as originally designed from the factory. It's a really interesting feature of the bike and one of the things I really liked about it. Deland is the county seat here with a lot of history and interesting buildings downtown.

A dozen, now. WAY too many! 🤷‍♂️

And update on my pond dam. Hydroseeding turned out very good. Now just need some rain to start re-filling the pond.
