Who else has been in ? The freshman RB might need some touchesI've been on the Roydell train for a while. Glad he seems to be the guy at RB now.
Idk why Buchner was QB2. He's clearly the worst of the 3

I mean honestly, who cares at this point? He lost the Texas game. The Rumor is that Milroe didn't handle something well off the field and/or he was done with the team if he got benched.
But those are both very much rumors. No idea if there is any truth to either

I think Steele was a great hire. Even in the Texas game, the defense played well, but I think they got tired because they were on the field so much. The offense couldn't sustain drives,.and that does affect the defense.Guys - we're witnessing the beginning of the end. This is the most unprepared and unmotivated team we've put on the field since CNS first year. But the talent we put on the field today is 4x his first year squad.
Seriously - we must have been really desperate to give a scholly to Buchner. Slow to process, slow feet, weak arm. A total fraud. Tommy Rees and Kevin Steele were desperate hires - third choice at best.
It was a great ride - but be realistic. The best days of CNS era are over.

I mean…*I’m considering what you said*….nah. We’re not there yet. Steele has done really well honestly. Rees was a total bust and Saban trusted him with Buchner, and was clearly wrong. It doesn’t matter anyway since Ty is the guy now.Guys - we're witnessing the beginning of the end. This is the most unprepared and unmotivated team we've put on the field since CNS first year. Agreed. It's not about 40 yd runs as a qb. Or even throwing a 60 yd bomb for a td. It is making the routine plays that will put you in a position to win. I'm just not sure Milroe can do that. And we have a way bigger sample size on milroe not making the routine plays than most people admit.
Simpson is a QB. He got blasted how many times today? He can't see the field laying on his back. Hard to believe this OL. It is what it is. We got em where we want em now! Every team Bama has left is thinking about a Pachyderm feast now. Bama just has to go back to work. A wounded elephant is not a preferred adversary. Here is to hoping that every kid in that locker room realizes what it will take to win whether in conference or out. Also wonder what the coaching staff is thinking right now.Well.....we don't have a qb. That is clear. Offensive line didn't play well but Simpson really doesn't feel pressure at all and wasn't seeing the field.
That's the worst I've ever seen our offense look.....and against a really really bad team.
There will be better days. Team can only get better on offense.
Defense was great.....but I mean, thats a team that is sooooo limited at wr and qb that it's hard to take much from it.
I think Ty was coached, "if you might throw a pick, take the sack. Under no circumstances will you put the ball at risk."It wasn't pretty but one thing everyone wanted to see was no turnovers by the offense.
Well, Coach Saban is 71 so you will be correct eventually.Guys - we're witnessing the beginning of the end. This is the most unprepared and unmotivated team we've put on the field since CNS first year. But the talent we put on the field today is 4x his first year squad.

I dont care if he was a 5 star or two star. This reminds me to much of watts/zow. I will say though i am getting seriously triggered by the oline and having "pancake posse" flashbacks. No argument from me. If he's 5star give him the reps and he needs to learn.

Yes, he lost the game with the 2 worst INT’s a Saban QB has ever thrown. He missed wide open throws. Roydell should have had a TD on a wheel route. The OL did him no favors, but Milroe is responsible for the loss, period. No - he played bad against TX - I agree. But lost the game ? Not close. The team made 10 penalties - including two that took away TD passes Milroe threw.

That is not the first time i have heard that about milroe.Yeah, I'm curious about Milroe.
Buchner played his way out.
Nothing is ever as bad as it seems, or as good as it seems. I'm not ready to throw in the towel on the Saban dynasty.Guys - we're witnessing the beginning of the end.
