My first reaction to the news, was, crap, here we go again, throw crap on a wall and see what sticks. I skimmed it, but what I read in this article sounds like he's not as crazy as it seems. Mike Baker on JRE 6-7 years ago explaining the Space Force issue comes to mind as well. Sometimes he just is crazy. Other times, it is subtle things that are important and it's just his delivery that makes him sound crazy.
