Democrats better pay attention to the report and quit worrying about their egos.

Thanks for the link, but I really didn't need this to know that the Dems (for the most part) learned little to nothing from 2024. If they fail to win the mid-terms, it will be a historical failure; one that will live in infamy. Having said that, Trump has proven that reports of the establishment Republicans' demise has been greatly exaggerated, so a Republican win won't surprise me in the least.

I do think a lot of people have their heads in the sand not accepting she was just a bad candidate. Same for people who think AOC can win. But her name recognition is probably the biggest factor. People who aren’t super politically aware likely have no idea who would be a good candidate and just say her name since she’s the most recent candidate and former Vice President.

An old conservative like me thinks that Mark Kelly may have the chops to bring along a large segment of independents. VP choice ??? I do believe that John Ossoff is one of the brighest people around political circles. Hopeful that he can mature onto the national stage.

Of course she won't be the nominee. I hate to say it but there is somewhat of a double standard in politics concerning gender. A male candidate can get away with not having a full grasp of all the details as long as he is charismatic. Not so much for birthing people.

She has no real grasp of the facts and she comes across exactly that way. The only reason she got any votes in the presidential election is because Democratic voters had no choice.
