I think they played as well as they could. I think they got beaten by a more physical Minnesota team. At the same time, I think this can be a solid start to a better 2005. :biga:

Did the game bother me....sure did. But it doesn't change the fact that Minnesota bush-leagued us and that's not acceptable no matter how we played.

The wheels came off after Minnesota choked against Michigan. After that game, they went in to a total tailspin. That tells me all I need to know about how Minnesota and Auburn match-up.

Taking a realistic look at this game....The Gophers have a passing attack. Quite a good one as a matter of fact. They dominated our defense in a way no one has all year. They totally shut down our running game. All that, and they won by 4. Class or lack of it.....the song was classless...

Bad job by that crew. I guess chop-blocking is a way to make average o-lineman into first team all Big 10 o-lineman.

Just something to take our minds off this game. Why do people think that if you return all the same people from a season that you went 6-6 or 7-5, that you'll be better next year. Minnesota should have won this game in a blowout. When you put up the numbers they did, you should win by 14-21...
