I don't think so. ML plays in an offense where they feature him and he plays against weaker defenses. He's very good, but I would give AC slight edge.

I do hate to hear it, but I would imagine he would have redshirted anyways due to our depth. I do hope that he can recover strongly and quickly. Kamara has the physical tools to be an absolute stud.

You can never tell. Kamara could be the starter by November. This is the SEC and the tailback position has it in the job description about taking blows to the body. We've been relatively lucky with tailback injuries but they have happened and depth has been what has saved us. Most teams couldn't have taken the injuries at tailback last year and won a title.

I agree completely I just think out of the four freshman that are here one or two will have to redshirt in order to put space between them. If injuries stack up like they did last year then this becomes a completely different story.

Practice the day before the second scrimmage of fall camp.

Alabama wore helmets, shoulder pads and shorts for its mid-afternoon practice. It was business as usual for the Crimson Tide, as the media was allowed to watch one period.

Alabama doesn't have any media responsibilities today. The Crimson Tide will scrimmage Saturday afternoon -- some time after Bid Day comes to an end at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
