i'm generally of that same mindset. but the gop has shown over the past 20 years that they are both incapable of and unwilling to govern competently. to eventually recover from this we need governance that is competent and functional and we will not get that if the gop has any say in it.

Just this once I want the Democrats to control both chambers and the white house. AND I want them to get a super majority. I want the GOP to get stomped so bad that the next 4 years they sit arround and self examine and realize they need to change in order to remain a viable party.

GWB had this for 6 years of his presidency. He accomplished nothing during that 6 years. Zip.

but they don't talk about the main reason for our country's decline, how unfairly trump and his supporters are being treated by everyone else.
