I have seen Jay Lindsey listed at 6’6”. I like his height. I watched some footage on him. He may be a better DE than TE.

I hate that he’s in Athens, but give credit where it’s due…..I’ve never seen a TE like Brock Bowers. Ever.
Bowers is better than Whitten in college. Whitten had a career to be admired though.I agree, Bowers is a beast.
Jason Whitten comes to mind. He could also be a beast.
I remember him having a great game against BAMA one year. I was sitting in the end zone for that game, and seems like every time I looked up, he was barreling down the middle of the field. Game was in Knoxtown, but I forget which year it was.

I`ve said it before, I think the guy`s an alien (not south of the border alien).I hate that he’s in Athens, but give credit where it’s due…..I’ve never seen a TE like Brock Bowers. Ever.
Glad he’s gone after this year.
Please don’t remind me of that period.I agree, Bowers is a beast.

Chop - Have we been actively recruiting him or is he going to wind up down in the cow pasture...?
Yes, and he has been on campus recentlyChop - Have we been actively recruiting him or is he going to wind up down in the cow pasture...?
He could wind up anywhere. But he's back open and has been to town recently. Not certain we ever really gave up on him.Chop - Have we been actively recruiting him or is he going to wind up down in the cow pasture...?
His brother Trequon signed with Bama in '22 out of Thompson and he surprisingly decided to enter the transfer portal in the spring of '23. I don't know if that will effect our chances on signing Anquon. He could wind up anywhere. But he's back open and has been to town recently. Not certain we ever really gave up on him.
I'd love to snag him..........I'm sure the reverend will have his NIL wallet open
keep an eye on Clemson and Tennesse here.He could wind up anywhere. But he's back open and has been to town recently. Not certain we ever really gave up on him.
the fact he was willing to leave the state in the first place tells me he is not too interested in Alabama. His brother Trequon signed with Bama in '22 out of Thompson and he surprisingly decided to enter the transfer portal in the spring of '23. Yep, here is an article outlining the top target visitors. It is going to be a huge recruiting weekend for the Texas game. Bama has some top 3 players in their class coming for the classes of 2025 and 2026 including several QB's. RTR
