I read an online article this week that says some "insiders" of the UNC program believe Belichick is being completely controlled by this girl and she is making more of the decisions than he is. There are "faint" whispers that he may need to step down or be fired.

I don't know if the rumors about UNC insiders' thoughts on Jordan Hudson are true or not. I do know that in general UNC thinks of itself as being in the Ivy League of public universities and doesn't like unseemly behavior and airing of dirty laundry.
Money people and/or senior administrators being uncomfortable with her antics would be consistent with that.
And yes, I well remember their "flexible" academic standards for athletes and skating on what should have been slam-dunk NCAA violations. I'm just saying they view themselves as being above the vulgar fray.
