Texting worked even after Katrina, so I have no doubt I'll at least have that ability. Our ISP is via AT&T, and tends to blink even during strong thunderstorms, so I imagine if Isaac comes ashore within 100 miles of here I'll be dependent upon what 3G signal I might be able to get on my phone. <sigh> I'm tired already.
