He isn't important.
(Not compared to Julio and Mark)
Well heck, I have a kid that comes into my restaurant often and he is being recruited by auburn. Should I offer him free sandwiches?
Can we possibly go one day without an NCAA investigation?
I sign on to see all the positives, and guess what?
I don't mean this to be mean spirited, but as long as Mal is the A.D., we're going to be under a continuous microscope of insurmountable proportions.
The NCAA doesn't trust him. It's that simple.
Does anyone have Ozzie's phone number?

Yeah. Who knows what's next? This summer has been a long strange trip.. :rolleye2:
Yes, the JH situation is what I've been referring to. FWIW, he claims to have paid for the laptop. Proof, as Cecil alludes to, is a problem. Also, FWIW, when JH switched his preference to Bama and signed with us, there were Auburn boosters who swore they'd "get him." Have they? BTW, his family, originally AU fans have morphed into barn haters, and I don't blame them. The barn has basically ruined itself in Gadsden for many years, and they deserve it...
"Depths!"Attempt #1 was the whole Gadsden Charger conspiracy from 3 months back...the barners are taking it to new heights...
"Depths!"
This all started before Mal Moore. It started with the Langham investigation and then warmed up during the ubose years when Bockrath was the A.D.
And Mal said "let there be Franchione, Price, Shula, and Rodriguez"
The God's smiled on the man when Saban learned that he hated the NFL and Rodriguez changed his mind.
Otherwise, he would probably be viewed as the most incompetent athletic director at UA since the guy who hired Ears Whitworth.
"Depths!"
Well, Franchionne did a decent job, Shula was a fill in until things got stable and according to Earle or Bayou, Mal low balled Rodriguez because he waas confident that he would get Saban. Non of this had anything to do with the NCAA's trust.
Let's just get ready for Va. Tech my man. No animosity intended.
Roll Tide!

Is it safe to believe that the NCAA is looking at how to punish auburn in this if in fact it does lead to some fishy business by the business partner?
I don't know how you could do this if the guilty party isn't affliated with the NCAA. They would have to be link with the University directly.
