Jersey Changes?

What are yall's opinions of some jersey changes for Bama? I personally would kinda like to see a script A on the helmet instead of the number, although the number on the helmet is kinda oldschool I guess. I also know that in '92 there was a Denny Chimes thing on the side of the jerseys...I think that looked kinda cool. I know we used to wear white helmet for away games. I didnt really like that look, but what do yall think about these ideas?:BigA:

Who was it the other day that posted that we'd not had the "uniform debate" in some time? Aug promises to be a long month but for sake of debate; My thought is leave uniforms as are.

The helmet is the one thing I truly love about this uniform...do some minor changes to the jersey like putting the full name ALABAMA on the front but nothing else....

Here's my one suggestion: Make the numbers the same white as the pants, instead of the off-white they are now.

supringly this is the first uniform thread ive chimed in on, but i thinki we should have a white sleeve, like florida's from last year. that would look realllly good.

I didnt really like Floridas jersey last year with the orange sleeve...I dont think a white sleeve would look so good. If anything put a crimson sleeve on the white jersey but even that wouldnt look so good:BigA:

Why do we have to put ALABAMA on the front? The other team knows who they are playing, and hopefully our players know who they are playing for. :conf2:

Thats true. Leave them alone! Were just like were supposed to be!:BigA: Dont try to improve a winning program. Other programs wish they had tradition- and some of our own are trying to run it out.
