List reasons to hate LSU...

I don't hate L$U, I just think their fans could use a few more showers and wish they didn't smell like some weird combination of cheap bourbon and corndogs. Wait a second, I stand corrected, I do hate them and don't mind saying so since I'm an A&M fan first, Bama fan second...sorry.

One of my all time favorites. That run he made against Ole Miss is still one of the all time greatest college football plays.

Absolutely and I can still remember listening to it on WWL. In spite of how his life turned out, he was one of my all time favorite football players and LSU has been my second favorite team ever since.

Sorry...can't do it. I don't hate LSU. I reserve my hatred for that sorry, cheating school in southeastern Alabama. I won't even name them - that's how disgusted I am by that team. I hated the Vols when the Fatster was there, but that hatred is gone too. The hatred for the cow college endures, however.

But I've never hated LSU. I got irritated at some of them a few years back when they acted silly over Bama hiring Saban, but that's over. Therefore, I'm back to really liking LSU. I don't want them to win Nov. 5, but I pull for them unless they're playing Bama. I like Les Miles - he's quirky, funny, and nothing but a winner. Most of their fans are fun and not all whiney.

I want Bama to beat them, but I respect the hell out of them. They're a great team.

Wow an Aggie chiming in. You guys are new. You are not allowed to insult us just yet. Bama fans have earned it.
You guys need to sit in the corner and say "Thank you for inviting us, can I get you something to drink"

Anyway I really hate to ruin this for some of you because I know many of you really love it. But the corndog thing.
You guys do realize that that doesnt bother us ? we dont even understand it. It makes no sense. It was something you stole from some random Auburn fan. But if you guys enjoy it, please have it. But for you A&M fans stick to the old faithful for you. Insult our heritage, our people, our state, etc. It seems to be what the Aggies tend to do...

I always pull for LSU when they are not playing Bama. I know a lot of LSU fans and they are wild and passionate. They are fun people to hang out with especially if they are cooking Cajun food.

1: Their fans really believe they are going to crush the Tide like they did Tennessee (is that a reason?)
2: I generally don't like it when dumb people win the job/employment lottery. Let's face it, Les is not the best game manager
but with all the cajun recruits and the "look the other way" team disipline policies... heck, my sister could coach them.
3: Chavis and his history with the Vols...
4: The honey badger......
5: T-Bob?
6: Their 4th down fakes...

OK, I am struggling here

If you learn to love college football more, hate can be replaced with mutual respect and appreciation. Yeah, you can point out random incidents that can bring out the hate...but remember, idiots are not isolated to one geographic area!
Cheers!

I like this post. You got to like any team that mudholes au. Save your rancor and hating for auburn.

I don't hate LSU; they're my second favorite team. I generally like their fanbase's passion and football knowledge. I have never had a bad time in their stadium, and there is no cooler mascot than Mike the Tiger. Having his habitat right next to the stadium and bringing him in for a trip around the field prior to kickoff is just awesome to me. Les Miles has proven to be entertaining and more than capable at doing his job.

I didn't appreciate their attitude towards Coach Saban when he came to Alabama, but I understand the whole "woman scorned" type experience, so I'll forgive them that. Besides, they'll get over it eventually. :)

Unfortunately (I guess), I have no "second team" preference; I like football as much as most on here, but I have only one favorite, and no others I even care about. Sometimes, I may pull for one team to beat another, but that's circumstantial, usually (unless the barn is involved).
Having spent many years in southern Louisiana (and more than a few of them "down the baya"), I have earned my right to despise the who's. The orange puke were (and still are) at the top of that list, with the barn a lower body hair in front of the who's for second.
I am not an SEC fan...I am a Bama fan.
