If beating #1, winning the league that has won the last 4 CFP titles and only losing to #7 doesn't get you in. They never took this seriously

Well then there’s no way we should have the 3rd best odds. No team is beating us now.
It will actually be losing to #3 or #4 in the final rankings.
Because they think there is also a chance we get left out. They're not 100% certain

Alabama has the best win of the top 4 teams and the best loss of the 1 loss teams. You absolutely cannot keep out a 1 loss SEC champion. Michigan and Washington are the no brainers. FSU is tricky because if you are looking at them lately, they're not the same team without their starting QB. You cannot say they are a top 4 team right now. Top 4 most deserving if you count their resume, but not top 4 best team. That leaves us with the Texas and Alabama debate.
