Border thread part II

This been a weird case from the beginning. There didn't appear to be any improper action on ICE's part, even in today's atmosphere, it's wild that a judge would behave in such a manner. Has Dugan's camp said anything out the incident yet?

I do have one question, though. In the complaint, I noticed this line:

Team members observed Flores-Ruiz arrive on the 6th floor of the courthouse at approximately 8:43 a.m. He was greeted by his attorney, and the two entered Courtroom 615 together.
Why didn't they just arrest him then?

From the article I linked above:
the ICE agents notified courthouse officials that they wouldn’t arrest Flores-Ruiz “until after the completion of the scheduled hearing,” and this is “standard practice.”

BREAKING: Treasury Secretary SCOTT BESSENT just summed up the migration crisis for America perfectly.

"The big LIE was that this kind of immigration didn't hurt working people. Now economists have come out and said, oh what a surprise, even the laws of supply and demand work in the low end labor market!"

"For YEARS, Wall Street has done well. Now it's time for Main Street to do well, and they can both do well."

There's also a lie that "jobs that Americans won't work" keeps getting thrown around. That may apply in the farm fields where crops are handpicked. But I can tell you that in the construction business, that simply isn't true. I've got construction friends who own their businesses or work for businesses who simply have stopped using American workers because they cannot compete with the companies that hire illegals. There are willing American workers out there, but they're not hiring them. But on this topic, I agree with @Huckleberry that we need to focus on punishing the businesses as much or probably MORE than the illegals themselves. If you dry up the "food" supply, they leave on their own. I've long thought the government didn't do nearly enough to punish companies that hire illegals.

This is absolutely inane, you literally CAN’T MAKE THIS UP

Protestors in Mexico breaking windows and rioting because “gringos, stop stealing our homes”

“People coming from other countries, mostly foreigners, who want to impose their culture, their prices and displace Mexicans, the native people of these lands.”

“Screamed at tourists as part of an anti-gentrification march. — I'm here because gentrification is just one more step towards colonization, dispossession and the exploitation of our resources.”

“Signs called for stricter housing and tourism regulations — nomads driving up prices particularly Americans, who can stay in Mexico for 180 days without a visa”

“In 5 years, rents have increased by 47%.”

This is EXACTLY what they have done to America and DESTROYED our country for decades.

For the very life of me, I cannot figure out why the American media doesn't show stuff like this.

The lack of self awareness is incredible.

The state’s motor voter system reportedly registered 766,756 people total to vote, as of September. The one-in-35 ratio (2.8 percent), applied across the state, suggests the system may have registered more than 21,470 voters without proof of citizenship.

Instead of flagging this lack of documentation as a massive gap in election integrity, the auditor — Chicago firm Baker Tilly — dismissed it, saying this would probably be too small to decide elections.
