Classic Rock thread

  • HELLO AGAIN, Guest! We are back, live! We're still doing some troubleshooting and maintenance to fix a few remaining issues but everything looks stable now (except front page which we're working on over next day or two)

Thanks for your patience and support! MUCH appreciated! --Brett (BamaNation)

if you see any problems - please post them in the Troubleshooting board!

this is a great weekly show (friday nights) that's been around forever on wrek, georgia tech's student radio station.

as they bill themselves:

REAL CLASSIC ROCK THAT YOU DON'T HEAR ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE RADIO.

Genres: Classic Rock, Boogie Rock, Prog Rock, and Garage Rock

I listen to various versions of Classical Rock on YouTube Music.
I love it.

After my father died in '68, Mom sold our Porsche and the family station wagon and was shopping for a new car. I was 14 and had a subscription to "Hot Rod" magazine and was advocating for a Pontiac "The Judge" GTO.

Ultimately she bought a '69 Olds Cutless "S", so not a bad choice. And that was the car I used for dating and other outings until I got my own car in '72.

What a time though to be a teenager who loved cars!
