Dylan Moses Returning

I really just feel bad for Dylan right now. He's probably not going to live this down for quite sometime because there are some fans who probably won't let it go.

At this point I just hope he is good and does whatever it is he wants.

He would most likely still go in the first round if he came out. Just a few years ago, Notre Dame linebacker Jaylon Smith was drafted 34th overall (2nd pick of the 2nd round) after completing tearing up his knee including nerve damage. There was the possibility that he would never regain his full athleticism back and he would definitely have to sit out a full year to rehab. He still went 34th overall. Just using that as an example and the fact that Dylan had a basic ACL tear and will be ready to play this fall, I feel pretty strongly that Dylan would still be a first round pick. Probably in the first half of the first round. All of that to say I'm not sure there's much to collect on in terms of loss of value but I'm not a lawyer either..
Right, but let's say that his LOV policy pays him $1MM for such a drop. He would get that back 10x if he stays and is drafted #20 in next year's draft - even more if he goes higher than that.

But $1M now allows you to sue The Romulans, with possibly enough left for a civil suit vs Voldemort.....for pain and suffering......

(feeling guilty about making jokes about this stuff).....

Wow. I feel sorry for Dylan. Wonder what he thinks about this letter being public.

I hope he does stay to finish his degree . The team needs him too. I hope his dad doesn’t ruin things for him.

The lack of fact checking from the media amplifying this nut job is why nobody has any respect for the journalist craft anymore. I read that once and immediately knew something was off. I would’ve either fact checked some more or posted a huge alibi when reporting this instagram post.

For me, all it took was one LSU fan posting on here to realize that his dad is probably the reason he’s in Tuscaloosa right now.

sue, no way, just give them a photon torpedo up the wazoo.

Since Dylan has not responded, it is either legit and he doesn't mind it, or he is in a cave.

I had the same thought inititally but what is there to fact check? It's posted from the same account that said Dylan was coming back for his senior season. So, either the account was "hacked" or it's a legitimate post..

The letter is so crazy and error-filled that a cursory glance at Moses the Senior would be necessary. But I reckon nobody in journalism is paid enough to care that much. They just take garbage and forward it on to the masses...not really the function of journalism.

Did you read the link LSUGradtoBamaDad posted on page 9?

It's more believable that Moses' dad wrote it than not at this point...

Yep, that’s my point. I wouldn’t be surprised if that nut hacked his account or at least did some social engineering to hijack it.
