Dylan Moses Returning

Dylan's dad is a 100% nut ball. Don't believe me? Check out this decision issued in the last 30 days by the United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Dylan's dad is the plaintiff

http://www.ca5.uscourts.gov/opinions/pub/19/19-30032-CV0.pdf

The plaintiff, a lawyer who styles himself both a monarch and a deity, brought claims on behalf of an Indian tribe alleging that the defendants have, among other misdeeds, monopolized “intergalactic foreign trade.” The district court dismissed the case based on sovereign immunity. We affirm on the alternate basis that the plaintiff’s claims are frivolous and the district court therefore lacked jurisdiction to entertain them. See Southpark Square Ltd. v. City of Jackson, Miss., 565 F.2d 338, 344 (5th Cir. 1977).

"Southpark Square LTC" - lol.....
"Intergalactic Foreign Trade" - wow!
"Monarch and a Deity" -- phew!! Not sure what else there is to say...

This is where "his majesty" comes from -- he sees Dylan as royalty.....

I mean, if he changes his mind that's fine. Just say so instead of making a spectacle of the situation. I feel bad for Dylan. This seems like a LaVar Ball type of parent who will probably end up ruining Dylan's brand and messing him over financially..

If he really has LOV insurance, I am not sure how he can possibly know what it will pay until after the draft. No insurance is going to pay because media talking heads say he has dropped in the draft - he would actually have to drop in the draft, which means he would have to actually enter the draft.

Then there is the question of how much the policy would pay vs. what Moses has to gain by staying and earning a higher draft pick in 2020.

It's really a shame because the young man is a special athletic talent. He has bright days ahead if his dad will stay out of the way, but that won't happen. Edward will be his agent, or at worst, dictate to the agent.

I think today.....I will identify as a monarch and a deity and monopolize intergalactic foreign trade.

Oh this is good stuff. Wow. Dude actually passed the bar exam?

He would most likely still go in the first round if he came out. Just a few years ago, Notre Dame linebacker Jaylon Smith was drafted 34th overall (2nd pick of the 2nd round) after completing tearing up his knee including nerve damage. There was the possibility that he would never regain his full athleticism back and he would definitely have to sit out a full year to rehab. He still went 34th overall. Just using that as an example and the fact that Dylan had a basic ACL tear and will be ready to play this fall, I feel pretty strongly that Dylan would still be a first round pick. Probably in the first half of the first round. All of that to say I'm not sure there's much to collect on in terms of loss of value but I'm not a lawyer either..
