IMO, it's unfair to put the poor performance on JM. The D was bad and bad snap issues reappeared, as well as some misfortune that was out of JM's hands. Jalen played well, 16-24 259, 10.8 YPA, 2 TDs and 0 ints, 107 yards rushing, no fumbles, but there were other issues such as yielding 244 rushing yds. But the bottom line is that he did not panic and made a great play, no transcendent play, when desperately needed.Yes, the same guy who should have had us 4 TD's ahead of a terrible aubren team instead of throwing a miracle to win it.
I know Jalen has weaknesses, including serious ones, but come on, at least give him credit when it is due. Many seem all or nothing with him and it's unfair - he's the ALABAMA QB. With that play, he gave Alabama a CFP berth, an SEC title, and a win for the ages in J-H. It was a great throw in the most trying circumstances imaginable.
