Bottom line is: he's a 20 or 21 year old kid that doesn't have much natural ability playing without any real playmakers around him and against a very good defense. He's throwing into coverage every time because LSU's defense has all the receivers covered every time. Doesn't seem like he has much of a choice really. Yeah, he's not doing well but he's also playing with the deck stacked against him. Cut the kid some slack.

Actually, that was the intent of my post. My apologies for not being more clear. It is hard to be the hero every game, and some games it is impossible. The expectations of those around us never seem to lessen though.

We'll see what kinda team LSU really is next weekend. Right now as tired as that defense has to be anyone could move the ball on them.

I think Henig might have a better pass/completion percentage ratio when throwing to LSU's receivers than Flynn does...

Sorry about that, I knew what you meant, but I guess I made it sound like I was directing that at you. Totally wasn't It was aimed at all the people talking about how "horrible" Henig is.

I am fairly certain the offense didnt score last year either, and if they did, it was a fieldgoal. No TD's in the last two years...against MSU. Amazing
