according to espn...ALABAMA is the 2nd program to win 4 national titles in a 7 season span (notre dame 1943-49)...its funny how they count notre dame's championships in the 40's but refuse to give BAMA credit for championships won prior to the 60's. can you say double standards??? screw you espn and Roll Tide!!!

This has been a fun to watch and they definitely earned the national championship. We are the most talented team in the country but you still have to work and fight and earn it and this team did that. I love all of our NC teams and each have a special memory for me but this team is going to be ranked up near or at the top in my mind.

I agree...those were two teams that wanted to win badly. Both teams played their hearts out, I think that is why Saban knew we needed that onside kick.

If the ball doesn't bounce you cannot interfere with the receiving teams opportunity to catch the ball. There was no player on their team in position to catch the ball - call was exactly correct.
