There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. We used to hold them in our hands while shooting them.

Until one day, i was "smart" enough to read the instructions - which said NOT to do that, but to stick it in the ground before lighting.

The Roman candle blew up. That would have been my hand. And important lesson for an idiot.
The craziest thing I did with fireworks was to go down to the Shenandoah River and stick bottle rockets into a horizontal pipe, aimed at the river. The bottle rockets would shoot into the river and explode underwater.
We thought that was pretty cool. The fish 50 yards up and down the river would jump out of ther water.

Every July 4th, the message remains the same. Don't let the kids light the fireworks; it's too dangerous. Instead, let the parents who have been drinking since noon do it.

I once went with my Dad and Uncle Bob to the Meramec River nearby. They spent maybe an hour or so with us two boys firing off bottle rockets over and into the river. Believe it or not, some of those REALLY WILL explode underwater.

Then they wondered why they didn't catch any fish.......:)
Actually, they figured it out but too late.

I think that was the only time my Dad ever went fishing and didn't catch at least something.

Yeah, we would shoot bottle rockets into the neighborhood pond.

Xmas was great for fireworks. Those long cardboard tubes from wrapping paper became very accurate bottle rocket bazookas. Many, many bottle rocket wars.

My favorite fireworks memory was me bringing a huge roll of Black Cat firecrackers to school. We used to smoke in the boy's room every recess and lunch. I poked a small hole in the cigarette near the filter, and created a delayed fuse.

About 15 mins into the next period, we heard the loud, continuos explosions. It was funny to see the windows open in the bathroom in between the next classes. Black smoke billowing out.

One of my older brothers managed to leave service with a flare gun and some flares. The backwater north of the bridge in Decatur is only around 3' or so deep, even when flooded. We'd drive over and fire flares up and watch them drop into the water, still burning while sitting on the bottom. Eerie looking. At that same place, I was holding a sparkler, when my brother asked for it. Stupidly (I was only around 10), I handed it to him - hot end first. Even more stupidly, he took it. Magnesium burns take a long time to heal...

The Russiagate hoax seems to deserve its own thread again now that documents are being declassified that show how this whole thing was put together. Few MSM outlets seem to want to cover this unless it's to try to debunk it, but stuff keeps piling up. Of course, we all knew that the MSM wouldn't be very interested in this, which is why I'm leading off with an article about why that is. (Hint: those reasons are very self-serving.)

Per Wikipedia:

On August 16, 2018, Brennan stated that Trump's claims of "no collusion" with Russia were "hogwash":

The only questions that remain are whether the collusion that took place constituted criminally liable conspiracy, whether obstruction of justice occurred to cover up any collusion or conspiracy, and how many members of 'Trump Incorporated' attempted to defraud the government by laundering and concealing the movement of money into their pockets.[608]
The CIA assessment, and Trump's dismissal of it, created an unprecedented rupture between the president-elect and the intelligence community.[609][610][611] On December 11, 2016, U.S. intelligence officials responded to Trump's denunciation of their findings in a written statement, and expressed dismay that Trump disputed their conclusions as politically motivated or inaccurate. They wrote that intelligence officials were motivated to defend U.S. national security.[609] Members of the intelligence community feared reprisals from Donald Trump once he took office.[612]

Former CIA Director Michael Morell said foreign interference in U.S. elections was an existential threat.[613] Former CIA spokesman George E. Little condemned Trump for dismissing the CIA assessment, saying the president-elect's atypical response was disgraceful and denigrated the courage of those who serve in the CIA at risk to their own lives.[614]

Former NSA director and CIA director Michael V. Hayden posited that Trump's antagonizing the Intelligence Community signaled the administration would rely less on intelligence for policy-

These allegations from the Dem whistleblower are WILD.

Schiff called a staff meeting, told everyone he was going to leak classified intelligence to harm Trump, someone pointed out that’s treason, other staffers said not to worry about it because they won’t get caught…

WHAT?!

This isn't going away if it can be corroborated.

I'm old enough to remember when Donald Trump didn't like whisteblowers. Seems like it was only.....his last term!

(And the idea Trump gives a rat's behind about "classified information" is laughably absurd at this point).

Apparently Schiff doesn't like whistleblowers either and his concern about classified information seems to be pretty low as well. Ole pencil neck having a bad day.

That dude is a clown. California should be ashamed that buffoon is one of their state wide elected Senators. I know they will elect Dems always, but can't we pick a better one?

I get so damned sick and tired of "treason" being thrown around ignorantly. The instant I see someone misuse it, my estimate of them drops several points. Here is "treason" as defined in the Constitution (there can be no other definition).

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

That's it! SCOTUS has added on that an actual congressionally-declared state of war must exist. We are at war with no one at the moment, ergo "treason" cannot be committed at this moment in time. Most leaks are technically illegal at the moment, that's all...

All true, but I wouldn't expect Schiff's staffers to know that (and clearly they don't.)
