I actually did mow the yard yesterday afternoon as I threatened here. Wasn't too bad, just a took an hour, and despite having my 45# ruck on, I felt fine - just uber-sweaty.
Did my standard six mile ruck this AM but like you, stepped off early (both yesterday AM and this AM I started at about 6:40) - 95% humidity sucks no matter how hot it is. When your sweat doesn't evaporate, your body's cooling mechanism is rendered virtually pointless.
I've not weighed myself to measure actual water loss, but I'm betting I'm down a good half-gallon post-ruck on these humid days.
