The final paragraph has a type-o. It says after a quote 'Banks' said. Did that come direct from our athletic dept or was that taken from an article?

I still have a hunch that Hugh Freeze will be on the staff in some capacity. Maybe not an on field role but definitely as an analyst. I know the guy has baggage but he is one hell of a coach.

I was going to bring this up. I don't suppose there is a limit on associate head coaches, But, it does seem like I read (here, I think) that Burns might be contemplating retirement.

If Burns is retiring, Saban will already know and have a plan. They're close so I don't imagine much subterfuge on that front. That said, seems like those two will go out together.
